Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by Run Stride
  • Are in their original condition
  • Show manufacturing defects
  • Were incorrectly shipped items

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Used or worn shoes (except for manufacturing defects)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Socks and other intimate apparel

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at ask@run-stride.com or call +1 (204) 421-1819 to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your return securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Include the RAN on the outside of your package
  5. Ship to our return address:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the returned items within 2 business days
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For defective items, we will reimburse return shipping costs
  • Orders with multiple items will only receive refunds for returned items
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale may have different return policies

Exchanges

For size or model exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Indicate your desired replacement size or model
  3. We will process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. New items will be shipped once original return is processed
